Home Bound Healthcare Hospice is a hospice agency that was founded with love by two Registered Nurses in 2010. Home Bound Healthcare Hospice successfully completed their licensure survey in 2011 with no
deficiencies, and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
Home Bound Healthcare Hospice team has the experience and advanced training to go beyond the clinical aspect of end-of-life care and creatively work side-by-side with each client and the ones they love. They are committed to the belief that each end of life journey is unique and interweave that philosophy into every patient’s course of care. The Home Bound Healthcare Hospice team is dedicated to always listen carefully to each client and work endlessly to support their vision.
Volunteers are an integral part of the Home Bound Healthcare Hospice team, filling roles that range from direct patient contact to providing clerical and administrative support for the organization. Our Hospice volunteers describe their work as personally gratifying, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally meaningful. Home Bound Healthcare Hospice value our volunteers greatly and appreciate all the things they do.
